Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must first be fulfilled.
• 8vk reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct additional verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met.
• The Wagering Requirement (WR) is clearly stated on each bonus page.
• It is generally not possible to activate a new bonus while another bonus is already active.
• Bonuses have an expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

Bonus Abuse

• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome in any game, 8vk reserves the right to void that round.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the server logs.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Stakes on cancelled matches in Sports Betting will be refunded.

🚫 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8vk and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using false or someone else's information during registration.
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or hacking methods.
• Deliberately exploiting game bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Using 8vk for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Behaving in a rude or abusive manner toward other players or staff.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets for the purpose of claiming bonuses.

If such activity is detected, 8vk reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all funds without prior notice. The relevant legal authorities may also be informed if necessary.

🔐 7. Account Closure & Suspension

8vk may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Suspicious or unlawful activity is detected.

If You Wish to Close Your Account

You may request account closure at any time. Email our support team and the request will be processed within 24 hours. We recommend withdrawing your balance before closing your account.
